This public page is the account-deletion process for the Jablonove Airsoft player application operated by Airsoft Field Jablonove.

Steps

1. Enter the email address used for your player account and submit the form.
2. Open the private confirmation link sent to that address. The link expires after 24 hours.
3. Confirm the request on the linked page. An administrator will complete a verified request within 30 days.

Data deleted or anonymized

• Your account, sign-in identities, authentication data, credit balance and history, one-time codes, and account profile details are deleted.
• Upcoming event registrations and rentals linked to you are deleted.
• For past events, we keep de-identified operational booking rows containing applicable facts such as the event, package, quantity, status, faction, language, and date. We remove direct identity, free-text messages, ages, the account link, and the old payment variable symbol. These rows are not used to recreate your account.
• Contact messages and email-linked login protection records held by the application are deleted.

Backups and retention

Residual copies may remain in restricted disaster-recovery backups for no more than 30 additional days. They are not used for normal operations, and completed deletions are reapplied if a backup is restored. After that backup period, we do not intentionally retain identifying account data from this request.
